Born and raised off of California’s Golden Coast, American-Canadian indie pop artist and songwriter, Chloé Caroline radiates warmth and authenticity by blending infectiously timeless melodies and strikingly honest lyrics with a “New Southern California sound”. Resonating in a magnetic way with an audience surpassing
300k worldwide, her music seeks to inspire truth, becoming a beacon of light and understanding. A true gypsy in spirit and prolific songwriter since the age of six, Chloé’s strong aptitude for storytelling brings her music to life like a cinematic film dancing across the screen and has always been used as a means of personal healing. After experiencing a life-threatening illness at age eleven that left her isolated, she taught herself guitar on YouTube using songwriting as an outlet with the ultimate goal of making sure nobody ever feels alone.While still in college at Belmont University, Caroline became the first independent artist with her music and videos added to Radio Disney, Disney Channel, and Nickelodeon Music. Shortly after graduating in 2018 with no prior acting experience, she auditioned and co-starred alongside Kelly Rutherford and Cameron Mathison in Hallmark Channel’s "Love, of Course”. She also wrote and performed the soundtrack and songs for the film. In addition, she has had multiple film/TV placements with her original songs ranging from the end title of Lionsgate’s "The Great Gilly Hopkins” to MTV’s "Catfish”. As an influencer, she has organically and independently built a loyal following via social media that have dubbed themselves the "Chloé Caroline Crew”. She's partnered with over 80 brands from Meta to Stella Rosa Wines (also starring and singing in  their Telly award winning holiday commercial in 2022) and even co-designed a collection inspired by The Awakening Vol 1 EP with Moonglow Jewlery. 

 

Chloé breathes fresh air into pop music by fusing organic and electronic elements, akin to modern artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, Sabrina Carpenter and Harry Styles but with a nostalgic nod to 70s Laurel Canyon legends like Stevie Nicks and early 2000s trailblazers like Nelly Furtado. Her impressive resume as an independent artist spans across film/TV placements (Hallmark, Lionsgate, MTV...), acting (Hallmark Channel), brand partnerships (Stella Rosa, Thursday Boots, Meta...), radio support (LA’s Alt 98.7, Chicago’s Mix 101.9, CBC...), media appearances/performances (KTLA, Global News Canada, NBC’s Today in Nashville...), shows (Troubadour, Bluebird Cafe, Peppermint Club, School Night Hollywood...), festivals (Sundance Film Festival, Key West Songwriters Festival, Canadian Music Week...), her own podcast (Unwritten) and more.

 

Following her recent cosmically inspired EP series The Awakening Vol.1 (March 2023) and The Awakening Vol.2 (Aug 2024) produced by Brian West (Nelly Furtado, AWOLNATION) and Jamie Kenney (FLETCHER, Colbie Caillat), her career has reached new heights. All 6 music videos from the EPs premiered in the top 10 on VEVO’s Incoming Pop/DSCVR Pop playlists accumulating half a million views. With a 2000% streaming growth since 2023, she's had continued support from iHeart Radio’s Lisa Worden on LA’s Alt 98.7 (She Is The
Voice), Chicago’s Mix 101.9 (New Music Club), three #1 singles on Mix 93.3 in Montana, and retail play across 18k stores. She also appeared on KTLA’s Weekend Morning AM and Global News Kingston promoting Vol. 2 adding to her exciting list of media support from premier outlets worldwide such as NBC’s “Today In
Nashville”, Indie LA Magazine, Digital Journal, Poze Magazine, Roku TV, Better Music, The US Times, YourTV Kingston, Dash Radio and others.
